For years, I’ve been wanting to go to Sundance. Not only for the film festival, but for the fun as well. Park City always looked like a magical place to enjoy films, party in the snow and enjoy all that Main Street has to offer. This year, I finally go to go and it was more than I could have imagined!
I stayed at a cabin in Park City that looks exactly what you think a mountain home should look like. I was with a few blogger girlfriends Olivia Lopez of Lust for Life and Natalie Suarez of Natalie Off Duty along with the Canada Goose crew who hosted us at this year’s festival.
The weather was pretttttty cold, especially because you end up doing a lot of walking up an down Main street from stores, to pop ups and events and you wait in line outdoors before screenings to start so I was pretty happy to stay warm wearing Canada Goose.
We saw a few films over our five day visit to Utah, starting with a documentary about Norman Lear, a story abut a boy named Morris who moved to Heidelberg, Germany … coincidentally where I was born. And Manchester by the Sea, where we spotted a Canada Goose coat in the movie and Matt Damon surprised us with a Q&A after the film. The final movie we saw of the weekend was Spike Lee’s Michael Jackson film about the process of making the Writing’s On The Wall album. Canada Goose has had a long relationship with film and at their base camp, we saw a short film that you can watch here to see the brand in action.
My first Sundance experience was one to remember and I can’t wait to come back again next year!

This post could not have come at a perfect time! I’m in the market for a new coat as I’ll be spending some time in the mountains volunteering for Habitat for Humanity and I’ll be working primarily outside. The one you’re wearing is just what I had in mind!

Hi,
I really don’t understand, I tried to be polite on Instagram but you just kept on deleting my comments and then you blocked me, why?? Like I said the worst thing to do is to run away from the truth that you know – that’s why deleted my comments right ? So if you want to get back to me or everyone else who is sad to see you support the fur industry, that would be great!
