Transitioning your day to night time makeup shouldn’t be difficult. In fact, it should be as effortless as possible. For day, keep your makeup looking fresh and glowy but for night is when you can change your look. I kept my face and lips exactly the same and switched up my routine for evening by adding a few more eye shadows to bump up my look.
I am a lover of neutrals and that carries over to my choice of eye shadow palettes. I want something golden for day with just a little added depth for evening. I customized this Buxom eye shadow bar with all the colors I would need for day or night, from left to right I chose; Filty rich, no faux, diamond darling, star treatment, glitz factor, and bold bling.
For my day time look, I used a combination of star treatment in the crease, glitz factor on my lid and a bit of diamond darling in my waterline. I love this look for day but for night I just added on to what I already wore. I put a pit on filty rich in the crease, and no faux in the corner and on my bottom water line. If you like these colors, you can make the same Buxom eye shadow bar as me or make your own combination from the 40 colors they have to choose from. Thanks Buxom for partnering with me on this post!

Love the transition! It’s quick and easy but the change is very substantial! I don’t like redoing my whole face either, so boosting my eye look is usually also my strategy to make my look evening-proof
