From cute little lounge shorts to matching sets, to even lightweight sweaters for those cooler summer nights, check out some of my favorite pieces to stock up on in a few of my favorite color ways.

Neutral Tones

You all know that I can’t live without my neutral toned clothes, no matter what time of year it is. Black, white, cream, and tan shades are all staples in my closet, so naturally, that applies to summer loungewear, too. In these tones, I’m loving biker shorts, matching sets, and light sweaters that you can wear over anything.

Tie Dye

I’ve been loving the tie dye trend since it started, especially in light pastel colors. These tie dye pieces are a fun way to take on a pattern that’s trendy but not too loud or bright. What screams “sunny weather” more than a fun, colorful print?

Pastels

I know that pastels are typically associated with spring, but they’re beautiful colors to bring into summer, too. Obviously, I’m a huge fan of pastels — just look at all of the Summer Fridays packaging — especially because they’re an easy way to incorporate color into my wardrobe without deviating too much from my usual neutral colors. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that pastels always look so good against tan skin.

Which of these color trends are you loving for summer? Let me know in the comments below!
