A head full of voluminous hair and a ton of body is what so many of us want. The truth is, most of us weren’t born with a ton of volume already in our hair and we have to work to get it. While it sounds tedious, it’s not as long as you use the right products. Selecting a group of hair products that target volume specifically is the way to go and I’ve finally laid out the ones I prefer. Keep on reading for my favorite volumizing hair products and why I love them so much.
Briogeo Blossom & Bloom™ Ginseng + Biotin Volumizing Shampoo
I love this shampoo because its formula is 98% naturally-derived, and I get the right amount of volume after each use. The ginger stimulates each and every hair follicle, while ginseng and biotin work together to provide instant fullness and boost texture. The shampoo is also known for promoting future hair growth.
Ouai Volume Conditioner
For even more added volume while I wash and condition my hair, I love using Ouai’s signature Volume Conditioner. It helps to lift my hair directly from the roots and creates that full-bodied look once my hair dries. It also doesn’t hurt that it has a beautiful floral fragrance to it that leaves my hair smelling amazing.
Unite Boosta Spray
After shampoo and conditioner, I like to apply Unite’s Boosta Spray throughout my wet hair. While lifting and adding body to my hair, this spray also leaves a glossy finish once it dries. It also aids in UV protection, so you’ll be keeping your strands a little safer.
Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray
You’ve definitely seen this hairspray everywhere and that’s because it gets the job done. If you’re looking to add volume, a texturizing spray is super important to the styling portion of your haircare routine. The dry formula of this spray leaves zero residue and is extremely lightweight. It continuously adds volume and texture to any hair type.
Drybar High Tops Self-Grip Rollers
If you thought rollers were just an old-school beauty tool, think again. Drybar’s self-gripping rollers make styling so much easier and will give everyone some additional volume. After dividing your hair into sections, just roll your strands into the rollers and sit for about 10-15 minutes.
