Let’s face it, falling asleep every night isn’t always as easy as it may sound. While some nights it’s super easy for us to catch up on our much-needed rest, on other nights we need something a little extra to get us there. Believe it or not, it can all be hiding in our beauty products to get us there.
There are certain ingredients or tools that can work as sleep aids, and I’ve discovered a variety throughout the years. Since I travel so much for work, I need some help managing my sleep schedule here and there. Being in different time zones so often confuses my body, but that’s no excuse for me to not get the right amount of sleep every night. So, I’ve rounded up a selection of both products and sleep accessories that I’ve found have helped me get better sleep and can likely help you too!
You can use a variety of different beauty products to help your sleeping pattern fall back into place. One of my all time favorites is a lavender pillow spray to set the mood right before you get into bed. A few spritzes of the soothing scent on your pillows will help you relax and fall asleep faster than usual. Some other products that I gravitate towards are face oils, sleep vitamins, serums, and the Summer Fridays Jet Lag Masks for the soothing feeling it leaves upon my skin as I close my eyes.
I enhance the benefits of some of these products by adding on some of my favorite beauty accessories. These can include everything from some sleep-enhancing candles to silk pillows and pillowcases to eye masks. I also love essential oil diffusers that I can leave on throughout the night for aromatherapy purposes.
