I spend a lot of my time in airports and on planes for the sake of work. While I love traveling, airport attire has always been tricky territory. I like to be comfortable while sitting on a plane, but I also love reflecting my personal style as I’m on the go. I’ve come up with a few outfit formulas that always work for me. These are depending on what the weather is like and wherever I have to head upon landing. Check them out below and let me know your own go-to travel outfits!
Leggings, Cropped T-Shirt, Longline Jacket, Sneakers
We’ve all worn leggings to the airport, and there are so many different ways to make them look more stylish. While I like to wear a regular t-shirt or cropped tee, throwing on an oversized jacket dresses up the look a bit, even if I’m wearing sneakers.
Sweater, Loose-Fitted Jeans, Jacket, Loafers
This is my go-to fall travel look when I have to head from a flight straight to a meeting. A lot of the time I don’t get to relax at my hotel before fulfilling my work duties, so I have to dress the part. This is both business casual and travel-appropriate.
Jumpsuit, Sweater, Loafers
Another great option when traveling and juggling meetings is a comfortable jumpsuit with a sweater underneath. To quickly get to all of my destinations I wear flat slip-on loafers, for the sake of style and comfort.
Matching Tracksuit, Sneakers
If I want to get really cozy, I go for a traditional tracksuit. The matching pieces make it easier to get dressed before a flight because there’s not much else to it. I like to pair mine with a pair of classic white sneakers.
Sweatpants, T-Shirt, Oversized Sweater, Slides
Another super cozy option is sweatpants paired with a big sweater. I keep it casual with a t-shirt and a pair of sneakers. For this look, I like sticking to neutral colors to stay looking more polished.
